Our Aluton I Continuous Geared Hinges are engineered to provide the longest lasting solution for high-traffic, high-impact doors. Our hinges are precision manufactured using Aluminum (industrial grade: 6063) with self-lubricating bearings and double-rows of mounting holes and are continuous. Our hinges come in three core variants and lengths i.e.: Standard Duty, Heavy Duty and Standard Duty – Fire Rated (SANS 1253:2003 Class B Fire Rating); and 2.1m, 2.4m and 3.0m in length respectively. We supply nationally and internationally.
