Trend was awarded the build component of the office fit out for Barclays in Sandton. Trend worked on this project in conjunction with Mace projects as well as the designers Design Dex.

The design was sleek, sophisticated, and chic incorporating some industrial elements by exposing the ceiling. A combination of floor finishes was used such as screeds, carpets, and vinyl. Timbers were brought in through cladding and feature ceiling details. The majority of the build was locally manufactured apart from the carpets that were imported.
