    Perfectly positioned in the heart of Melrose Arch Precinct, One on Whiteley is the latest residential development in South Africa’s most exclusive mixed-use precinct. The luxury apartments are built around a communal garden with a swimming pool. The pool is set in a sun terrace that features Bamboo X‑treme Decking. The architects chose bamboo decking as a sustainable and durable material, knowing that the material will age beautifully. The photos were taken a year after installation.
