This colonial style home designed by Deon Stander architects was a new build that needed to reflect the modern, sophisticated style of its owner and mother of two. Kim was contacted to review the design of the home to align its functionality to their busy lifestyle. She assisted with reviewing the plans and interior architecture to design an interior that would provide the family unit with all the practical functionality they needed in this compact house.
