About Woodlam

Woodlam, your furniture design and manufacturing partner. Crafted with care, designed for life. Sustainable furniture for modern living. Scandinavian-inspired, South African spirit. A celebration of local craftsmanship and skill. Woodlam has been manufacturing moulded plywood and solid wood furniture to the hospitality and contract industry since 1991. We use timber sourced from sustainably managed forestry operations from both South Africa and internationally and our furniture is 100% locally designed and manufactured in South Africa.

Woodlam supplies the trade and dealer market with furniture components, which then go on to create finished products and we work with designers to create their vision from initial idea to the polished final product. Our factory is equipped to create any furniture design ranging from solid wood, moulded plywood or steel, to the upholstery in fabric and leather. Woodlamʼs spraybooths can execute any desired finish and our steel shop creates the majority of steel manufacturing requirements.

We manufacture: Tub Chairs, Wooden Chairs, Steel Chairs, Bar Stools, Occasional Seating, Ottomans, Soft Seating, Restaurant Seating, Office Seating, Stools and Tables.
