About The Home and Storage Company

We founded the home and storage company on the principles that all our products are locally sourced and made by local artisans and that we give back to the community. From across the African continent, we offer custom products designed for all climates.
We want your design aesthetic to reflect African craftsmanship and make a statement.

We offer the highest quality natural wicker handwork from Malawi.
Our products include basket weaving, cane furniture, chairs, tables, lampshades, and many
other products. Designers from South Africa and abroad have contributed to our products and they create a comfortable atmosphere both indoors and outdoors.

Presently, we support two villages in Malawi by purchasing directly from the villages and not by purchasing wholesale. Since the baskets are made from natural organic cane and palm leaf materials, weaving them by hand can take a full day.
