Sunset Beach Home Renovation

A complete renovation included, all windows and doors replaced with new Aluminium Forman Brand products by Metal Windows, finished with in a custom “beach house” light blue grey colour which fits perfectly with the beach vibe.
The home is set on two levels with a languid, open living space at the helm and full beach access, In this location it receives the full brunt of the Northwest weather in CT winters. Window & door systems, finishes, glass and configuration were chosen to make the home easy to keep cool in summer and to heat in winter, with maximum energy efficiency.
All of the windows and doors are glazed with double glazed units that are made up of high performance thermally efficient glass paired with intruder proof lamination. The aluminium products custom designed for the house are installed with the full Metal Windows Barsdamp® system to ensure watertightness and prevent damp under the extreme conditions present on the Cape West Coast.
