The Lighting Warehouse: Boho Beauties
Boho is back in a big way – but the question is; did it ever leave? With roots in both Art Nouveau and Wabi-Sabi, bohemian-inspired décor has been around for a very long time, and it remains a popular and oh-so trendy style today.
A salute to natural materials and organic finishes, craft and handmade objects, and globally-inspired patters and prints – Boho décor is an eclectic style that reflects a love affair with being in the world, explains Melissa Davidson from leading lighting retailer, The Lighting Warehouse: “Boho décor has evolved over time and it has come to represent the unconventional, the artistic, the traveller, and the maker. It is a celebration of handcraftmanship from every corner of the globe.”
To celebrate all that is boho-inspired, The Lighting Warehouse has recently added three gorgeous new woven rattan pendants to its range – these include:
· The bell-shaped Mekong pendant, which retails for R999.
· The circular Hanoi pendant, which retails for R1299.
· The oval-shaped Saigon pendant, which retails for R1399.
