Algo is the new Villeroy & Boch dinnerware decor inspired by African basketry. Traditionally hand-woven from grasses and colourful ribbons, these accessories have a simple, clear design for everyday use.

The wide variety of patterns were embraced, given a minimalist twist and then transferred to porcelain in a soft colour for Algo. The result is a finely detailed design where many small lines in clear geometric forms come together to create a harmonious overall picture, producing a dynamic effect on the surface of the round plates.
Algo is available in two subtle colours on a white background: Blue, a fine light blue, and Maroon, a soft beige/brown, perfectly harmonise with the pared-down basket design. This is beautiful dinnerware to make a statement!
