As the winds welcome the budding season and we eagerly shed our down coats for some open toe sandals, the fresh taste of warmer weather is so close we can almost taste it. First, you’ll need you BIBO fizz bar plus:
● 2 cups clear apple juice
● ½ cup water
● ½ cup ginger syrup
● juice of ½ lemon
Then to serve, have some:
● 1 lemon, sliced
● 1 apple sliced
Then mix, fizz and serve:
● Mix all the ingredients together
● Taste and add more ginger syrup or apple juice as desired
● Carbonate using your BIBO fizz bar
● Serve with ice and garnished with lemon and apple slices
