Leonardo Design: 5 Ways To Use A Console Table

A contemporary console table is a versatile option in the home. From the entryway to the living room or bedroom, a console is certainly a multi-functional must-have item. Here we showcase five ways to use a console table to inspire your own creativity.

In the Dining Room

Add a modern console to the dining room and use it as a side server for food, decor, lighting and more. With a large flat surface top, it is the ideal space from which to serve your visitors and make the most of your table space in the dining room.

A Statement Entrance

Use a console table in the entrance or hallway leading into your home. It will provide the necessary surface to showcase flowers, art and photography to give this area a personalised ambience in your home.

In the Study or Home Office

Use a console in the study as a functional space to store stationery, office staples and more. It would also make a stylish area on which to store a printer, books and office essentials.

In A Walk-In Closet

Use a console table as a dressing table in a walk-in closet. This would be ideal in a narrow room where space is limited. A console can be the ideal spot to store your accessories such as bags, boots and more. It can also make for a contemporary dressing table in your master bedroom.

Behind A Modern Sofa

Create some height and a division within an open plan living space and incorporate a console behind a sofa. It will provide space for decor, or just a spot for your guests to place a tea cup. Either way, it may be a functional item in the living room.
