JEHZ Sofas: Introducing The Flagship Store
Comfort goes further than just a soft couch. It’s a wholesome service and a product that will suit your unique lifestyle. The mission of Jehz is to curate a resource that will bring your vision to life. This flagship store in uMhlanga is the product of their vision and passion for blending local and international creativity.
Made in South Africa, for your home; Jehz was founded in 2021 as a way to expand on an already successful family-run furniture manufacturing business. They wanted to bring their knowledge, expertise, and culture of excellence to the world.
Through trial, error and play, they find ways to make eye-catching pieces that will stand out in any space. Their flagship store is home to their most unique and playful work which will constantly be refreshed so there will always be new pieces to inspire you.
Hand-made here in South Africa from frames to final touches, alongside a dying breed of local craftsmen, Jehz Sofas seeks to revive an appreciation and a love for hand-made, designed furniture. Here quality and attention to detail rank high on the list of values held by the founders and siblings, Tamara and David Manicum.
“We’re excited to see where we go from here. The journey to get to this point has been incredible and we couldn’t have done it without a strong foundation from our parents who’ve helped shape this path and the many priceless relationships we’ve had.” — David Manicum
