The team at Haldane Martin are thrilled to bring their iconic style to South African Outdoor Living! Designed with the South African lifestyle in mind, their latest outdoor collections of furniture are a paragon of beauty and versatility, handling the African elements.
The brand new Cha Cha Occasional Table Collection as well as some new additions have made their way into the popular Hula Outdoor Collection by Haldane Martin. Let’s take a closer look…
Featuring the new addition, the Hula Love Seat, Hula Lounge chair and Cha Cha Occasional tables (and exquisite wallpapers by Franco Moz for Robin Sprong!)… these latest additions have been designed to endure the African elements. The Hula & Cha Cha collections are created in stainless steel solid rod and powder coated in UV resistant pure polyester, coming in a full spectrum of chi-chi colours or modish electro-plated stainless steel.
The New Cha Cha Collection
Dancing their way into luxe hospitality environments, the new Cha Cha Collection boasts minimalist Memphis-like plinths that are functionally fabricated to be idyllic statement pieces for the modern interior or outdoors.
Closely spaced stainless steel rods form Line Moire patterns on the columnated base create the illusion of movement. They Cha Cha back and forth as the eyes glide around the fluted base. The optic effects contrast with the uber simple table tops – Slivered disks in monochromatic colour.
The Cha Cha Full Set comprises of five tables with varied heights and diameters. As sleek stand alone pieces, they’re compelling expressions of intense colour. Alternatively, when playfully combined, they form contemporary customizable compositions.
The Hula Collection
Revel in the bold colours, delightful form and solid functionality! The Hula Collection is fun, popping with vibrant colour and distinctive geometric form. Both playful and nostalgic, paying homage to the classic Salterini Hoop Chairs of the 1950s (An iconic feature in the gardens & memories of 70’s South Africa).
Wire stripes juxtaposed and pure circular rings, playfully reminiscent of a “Hula Hoop”, form a powerful visual contrast. Whether indoors or outdoors, premium hospitality environments come alive. Revel in their bold colours, delightful form and solid functionality.
Featured above are also the new Hula Stacking Stools in ‘Night Blue.’ The Hula Stacking Stools are ergonomically shaped for comfort with a generous seat. Designed to stack efficiently, the 465 mm high stools are light so they can be conveniently brought indoors for storage. Alternatively, they look attractive stacked in a space-efficient pile.
