Introducing the Porada 2022 collection, launching this week at Salone del Mobile. This innovative collection of contemporary designs is inspired by nature and features many modern elements. A merge of classic and modern…
Extraordinary Connections
Porada has always viewed Salone del Mobile as an extraordinary opportunity to meet and share. However, this year’s edition takes on an even more significant value. Representing a great business opportunity, the return to the Salone in its usual form is a thrilling experience. It subsequently gives the renowned brand a chance to showcase its newest collections in real life again.
The pandemic did not stop the creativity of the Porada Design Team. And though they were only launched through virtual platforms, the latest Twenty and Twenty-one collections have reached every corner of the world in the last two years. The most iconic pieces and the news of the latest Twenty-two collection will be gracefully displayed in Milan, boasting the unmistakable quality of the materials.
What can you expect?
Among the latest collections, we find the Savio desk, with a compact design that transforms into the perfect work from home setup when open.
Furthermore, highlights of the collection also include the Yves sofa and the striking multifunctional Matics unit. This can be expanded to the needs of the space you’re working with. A new Ekero light is also making waves, merging modern and classic aesthetics.
Once again, the inspiration comes from the culture and the tradition of middle-class Italian furniture. More specifically, the Twenty-two collection reinterprets the iconic shapes of the 1950s. These are influenced by the greatest designers of those years, such as Franco Albini, Ico Parisi and Ignazio Gardella.
The new collection subsequently gravitates around two main themes: continuity and further development of the most famous pieces of recent years, and innovation, through completely new design solutions and unpublished products.
Catch Porada at Salone del Mobile until 12th June 2022 in Hall 07, Stand A19 – B20.
