La Grange Interiors: District Eight
Nothing short of spectacular, La Grange Interiors’ latest shipment of furniture and homeware from District Eight is reason enough to plan a full decor makeover.
Established in Sài Gòn, Vietnam, in 2010, the luxury furniture brand offers handcrafted items that celebrates its roots while constantly redefining it and taking it to new heights.
Designed for modern living, the newly unpacked collection includes chairs, tables, beds, desks, and more.
“Our wide-ranging variety of chairs, sofas, benches and stools demonstrates an affinity for clean lines, textural volumes, and understated details,” says the company. “The designs effortlessly fit into a diverse set of rooms and functions, offer versatility for pairings, while captivating with easy charm and enduring appeal.”
Pieces to look out for include the prize-winning Stilt armchair, as well as the award-winning Knot table designs. Crafted with great care, each table in the Knot collection features intricate Asian weaving patterns that create a gentle rhythm between the legs. Beyond a simple knot, a rich world of meaning lies beneath the table, waiting to be unravelled.
Highlighting the studio’s design approach, these pieces celebrate regional craftsmanship on a global platform.
As Creative Director Darren Chew notes, “District Eight’s collaborations with international designers continually replenish new perspectives into Asian designs, opening dialogues to unique interpretations.”
Founded in 1996 by Sumari Krige, La Grange Interiors offers a curated selection of fine furniture and homeware from top brands such as District Eight, Pols Potten, Triboa Bay Living, Dutz Collection, Gommaire, 101 Copenhagen and Muubs. Their range spans from luxurious soft furnishings in textured linens to timeworn antiques, custom-designed wooden furniture, lamps, and accessories that complement their signature rattan furniture.
