Casarredo: The Interior Decor Trends Everyone Is Talking About

Design trends are set on a world stage annually at Salone Del Mobile. Casarredo is pleased to present you with some of the latest trends of 2018 as these emerged from the design leaders at this event. Let’s take a closer look.

Fendi Casa

Fendi Casa presented a collection that was an expression of elegance and excellence in craftsmanship. A furnishing project that combined sartorial details with innovation, creating an environment that enhances contemporary lines and precious materials. Furniture and materials trace an aesthetic vision that’s classic and experimental at the same time, in constant balance between tradition and innovation.

The colour palette is marked by rational and calibrated use of colour. The tones range from neutral nuances of quartz grey, clay and leather, to soft, dusty colours of Prussian blue, light blue and green, combined with the upholstery of the seats.

Bentley Home

The New Bentley Home collection combines the luxury of materials and upholstery with contemporary design. The designer, Carlo Colombo, presents a line of furniture and accessories which is a superb reinterpretation of the Bentley codes, enhancing the savoir-faire and excellence of Italian manufacture.

The design focuses on the study of proportions and shapes, defining concepts which are balanced and rational in their volumes, yet rich in details. New patterns and sinuous geometries are emphasized by metal details inspired by the interiors of the new Bentley GT Continental, as in the new Bampton Sofa, whose silhouette is highlighted by a metallic profile.

The Bentley style also reflects in the choice of materials. The new larch woods, with its warm shades and dark veins, is skillfully modelled to embellish sofa and seat frames, alternating the iconic briarwoods of the collection, or combining it with leather in table and coffee table surfaces.

Roberto Cavalli

Tahiti Chase Lounge

Sparkling shades of citron enliven the furniture of the new Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors’ Collection: a tropical lush proposal revisited in a glam-chic key, where the new banana leaf print and the animalier patterns, lynx and zebra, meet the naturalistic-inspired metalworks of the handles and decorative elements that enrich lamps and tables.

Seventies suggestions can be found in the use of plexiglass and patent leather creating a sensual and glamorous mix perfectly embodying the spirit of the Roberto Cavalli brand.

With a distinctive 50s style, the exuberant and defined Maclaine armchair lends a chic and contemporary touch to the living room. Maclaine comes in different finishes, bringing a sophisticated look to any interior.
