Casarredo: A Mix & Match of Materials and Geometries For the New Veblén
During the 58th edition of Salone Internazionale del Mobile, Veblén presented a collection that was renewed but at the same time anchored at the experience and skills of glass’ craftsmen, always able to model its delicate essence with unprecedented elegance and refinement.
Vendome table
The Luxury Edition by Fiam Italia, with its fascinating transparencies and material effects, focuses on a living space inspired by the colours recalling the prestigious setting of Villa Miralfiore, ambassador of history, art and beauty of the Marche region and Fiam’s adventure.
The collaboration with Stefano Bigi continues, further developing the Vendôme collection, a concept introduced last year and nowadays enriched by a console and a chair, in which the common thread lies in daring with decisive and unconventional geometries, remaining faithful to an essential simplicity where the rigour of Platonic solids meets the impossible constructions of Escher in a mix of eclecticism.
Vendome Chair
Combining the refinement of glass, a distinctive element of Fiam Italia, with the warmth of solid wood, the designer demonstrates his ability to balance aesthetic taste, comfort and functionality. In order to enhance the encounter between skillful elegance and craftsmanship obtained by associating profoundly different materials, the new Vendôme collection has been given a dedicated area, a limited space enclosed by glass walls made visible outside the pavilion, which translates into an invitation to look and discover the world of Veblén.
