An insurance company headquartered in Roseto degli Abruzzi, Italy, opted for an office refurbishment at ‘zero km’. In fact, to furnish its new offices, the agency has chosen to rely upon one of the best-established and best-known companies in its territory: Newform Ufficio, a brand of ARAN World group.

Between Scandinavian inspirations and natural echoes, the new agency headquarters runs between common workstations, private offices, spaces in which to gather with customers, meeting rooms and leisure areas.

A large reception desk in the entrance – customized by Newform Ufficio – greets guests, who can wait their turn on shaped benches, directly integrated into the four meeting rooms. A few round tables are neatly placed in these small oases which are made up of curved panels inside a large open space. This becomes an ideal space to encourage open communication and convey a sense of sharing and exchange.

The external wood coating adds to the reception desk. White benches give it a streamlined and modern look. Overall, this space hints at a sense of calm and relaxation, well expressed also by the rational and orderly disposition of spaces.

Superior desks and drawers

Workstations boast integrated drawers with Vista essence wall cabinets chosen as common workstations. These are cleverly separated only by unobtrusive panels. This collection is characterized by a simple design and a wide catalogue of finishes. It is no coincidence that desks of the same collection have been selected for the private offices. In this case, glass and wood worktops create an elegant finish.
