2024: A Year of Growth & Innovation at Ukhuni Business Furniture!

What an incredible year it has been for Ukhuni! As a leading manufacturer of office, branch, and hotel furniture, the team has reengineered the business to cater to diverse sources of revenue, and the results speak for themselves.

2024 saw Ukhuni making significant strides in innovation with a major investment in new machinery, all powered by the latest software and energy-efficient systems. Among the new tools is a state-of-the-art Fiber Laser for sheet metal and a Laser CNC machine for processing tubing. These additions allow the team to produce precision steel components, which have become essential to modern furniture design, enabling them to create even more stylish and durable products for customers.

But that’s not all! We’re extremely proud to announce that Ukhuni has been awarded the Green Tag certification. This prestigious certification recognizes a commitment to sustainability, from environmentally friendly materials and recycling efforts to efficient energy use in manufacturing.

In 2024, The Lobby was launched – dedicated to the design and manufacturing furniture specifically for the hotel, conference, and leisure markets.

Another major highlight is the Krede Task Chair, which received a Platinum Ergonomics Rating from Ergomax—an accomplishment that speaks volumes about the commitment to quality, comfort, and design.

During 2024 Ukhuni completed the manufacture and installation of over 200 retail branches in the Banking and Motor industries.
