Top Carpets and Floors Presents Legacy Reserve
Top Carpets and Floors know a thing or two about high-quality, durable flooring. Their latest ‘Legacy Reserve’ range of wood laminates is highly wear, stain and water-resistant.
Unlike old-school laminates that are traditionally associated with being water-averse and peeling and cracking in wet conditions, Legacy Reserve is manufactured with a wax impregnated core board that simply shrugs off water. In a swell test which involves total immersion for 24 hours at 20 degrees Celsius, Legacy Reserve only swells 8%, far below the industry mean of 18%, making this laminate one of the most moisture resistant laminate floors on the local market.
When left to dry, after total immersion, Legacy Reserve returns to 1-2% of its original form; the underlying reason for this exceptional water resistance is the wax impregnated core board. The wood pulp used to make core board is mixed with wax which is known for its water-resistant qualities. Legacy Reserve also boasts a greater board density of 880-890 kg/m3, meaning the laminates are impact resistant and extremely durable.
Legacy Reserve comes in a range of exquisite designs and colours. Find your perfect match and rest assured that this wood laminate offers a superior water-resistant core. It is also Anti-Bacterial Certified – kills 99.9% of germs on contact.
