The AGT Effect flooring range features improved specs (the abrasion class rating for the range has been increased from AC4 to AC5 with a thicker, more rigid 12mm laminate core) and a choice of eight realistic wood-look patterns and colourways.

“The Effect laminate flooring range comes with an embossed in register finish that gives the planks a 3D visual and textural look and feel,” explains Inovar. 

These include the light, almost white-washed, Alps option, honey-hued Altay floor planks, beautiful photo-realistic Ural planks in a light-wood colour and the dark-stained Toros option.

In addition to the thicker core (with superior water resistance) and higher AC rating, the flooring is also abrasion, scratch and impact resistant and features an antimicrobial top layer, which makes it a great option for high traffic areas and commercial spaces. 

Plus, the flooring’s sealed surface also makes it stain resistant and the design or print layer is fade resistant.

The Effect flooring range also comes with a 25 year heavy domestic and 5 year heavy commercial warranty.
