Italtile Adds A Commercial LiveGreen Touch In Lynnwood
Lynnwood, Pretoria’s newest secure estate gets Italtile Commercial’s LiveGreen touch.
Plumstead, the latest residential estate in Lynnwood, Pretoria, offers those in search of secure living a modern, eco-chic lifestyle. Its central location places the estate close to the University of Pretoria’s Hatfield campus and Menlopark Secondary School, as well as the N1; a position that makes the estate highly desirable.
Plumstead comprises 30 units, each one a luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom configuration, with stunning gourmet kitchens, spacious living areas and a number of energy-saving features.
Marius Maree, Italtile Commercial’s JV partner in Menlyn, worked on this project in collaboration with Renico Developers and AA Pappageoriou Architects. He was tasked to propose floor and wall tiles to underscore the luxe, modern, ‘architectural’ feel and also adhere to the eco-chic aesthetic.
Marius proposed a cement-look finish throughout and selected Proudly South African tiles by Ceramic Industries to answer the green brief. Parktown 500 x 500 Wall and floor tiles are exclusively made for Italtile Commercial. They are available in three colours that are delicately toned with a design variance to ensure no repetitive pattern. The matt finish delivers a slip-resistant surface, and, as with all Ceramic Industries’ tiles, the Parktown range is low maintenance and durable, sustainably manufactured for years of use.
Sustainable design is at the heart of Italtile Commercial’s mandate, and they are proud to partner with eco-chic projects and showcase the LiveGreen ethos.
