How to decorate with Marrakech tiles.
Stockists of unique tile decor, Douglas Jones has an extensive selection of ceramic, porcelain, glass and mosaic tiles on offer – and even more ideas for decorating with it.
Here, the company shares some inspiration for decorating with their Marrakech tile range.
- Create a soothing at-home spa
For a luxury-look at-home spa or master bathroom, opt for White Plain hexagonal Marrakech tiles. The smooth, glossy tile, can be paired with any other colour in your scheme for a custom design. We especially like it paired with shades of blue for a soothing space.
2. Create a custom splashback
The Arena collection of Marrakech tiles is sold in packs of four different designs. The geometric white-and-gold design can be used on its own for a luxe modern look or mixed with other colours for a contemporary take on Boho chic.
3. Construct a custom counter
Also sold in packs of four different designs, the Marrakech Negro collection consists of white-and-black patterned tiles that will look fab as a countertop or splashback inside or out. We especially like the idea of creating an outdoor kitchen with this design.
4. Design a cool pool
The Marrakech Azul collection features four patterned blue-and-white tile designs that will look really striking as a decorative edge or a full application in a pool.
5. Create a pleasant courtyard
The pretty green-and-white designs of the Marrakech Verdi collection make it the perfect option for a small courtyard. Go all out and tile the floors or walls (or both) of your outdoor area for a cute “green” space that you can fill with lots of terracotta planters.
