31 Longbridge – Stiles
31 Longbridge, a home situated in International Award winning Kingswood Golf Estate, George, Western Cape, is no stranger to luxury.
This beautiful modern home with stunning views of the Outeniqua mountain range was designed by Architect, Lindy Bekker and is adorned with exquisite finishes in both the interior of the home and the exterior.
Tiles and sanitaryware were chosen by the homeowners with the aid of Stiles’ inhouse sanitary ware consultant, Adele Swart and sales consultant, Marc Meyer.
The walls and floors of the main bathroom boast the glamorous Transalp Argentera tile with a glossy polished finish while the large exterior balcony of the home uses the great looking and functional wood look and slip resistant tile, Woodtime Castagno. The garden landscape is complemented by Dolomite Moon Major, 20mm pavers.
Bathrooms were designed with a large range of sanitary ware brands, namely: Duravit, Hansgrohe, Blanco, Geberit, Crystallite, Boutique Baths, Newform and more. The Perfekt Bath by Boutique Baths is showcased in the main bathroom, while Newform’s ebony taps create an artistic and sophisticated look in the first guest bathroom of the home.
Tiles and sanitary ware mentioned in this article are all available at Stiles. Visit one of their eight stores or website at www.stiles.co.za.
