Threads: The Moro Collection
Effortless elegance describes the GP & BAKER Moro Collection by Threads available from St Leger and Viney , combining restful painterly prints together with more structural graphic forms. ‘Moro’ takes its cue from nature’s gentler colours. At its heart are the soft blues and teals of sea and sky moving to deepest midnight indigo. Organic neutral shades of charcoal and linen complete this beautifully focused colour palette.
Some of our favourites include:
Moro ED75026
Sourced from the archive, the layered rectangles of colour in this design, echoing the flat planes and geometry of the architect Peter Moro, give this strong abstract composition a dramatic contemporary elegance.
Ficheto ED75029
This beautifully fluid design, resembling a hand painted watercolour forming irregular vertical stripes is printed on a pure linen ground and realised in rich indigo and soft linen/taupe.
Ravine ED75030
A striking linear pattern, part blueprint and part abstract geometry, this bold yet painterly design printed on a beautiful linen, makes a perfect statement for the modern interior.
Arlo
ED75032
This archival houndstooth design with Japanese origins, has been printed to resemble the slight unevenness of hand blocking. Arlo’s three versatile contemporary colours will enhance any interior, classic or contemporary.
Fallingwater
ED75033
This fluid blend of watercolour tones and brush marks inspired by the waterfall home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, has a palette of natural earthy hues celebrating the strong relationship between the natural world and design.
