St Leger and Viney: The Nala Collection of Fabrics
An easy yet effective way to revamp your interior is to introduce fresh new fabrics to brighten up your space. The latest Threads Nala Linens Collection from GP & J Baker offers modern simplicity and fresh appeal, now available locally from St Leger and Viney.
This great collection of three wide width semi sheers is woven in a beautiful pure linen yarn. Nala Plain, with its informal palette of subdued neutrals and soft, pretty blues, complements the simplicity and elegance of the broad Nala stripe.
The Nala Collection pays tribute to the simplicity and structure of the geometric and linear motifs of tribal and African textiles. This distinctive and diverse collection of prints, linens and sheers offers wonderful designs that make perfect stand-alone statements on their own or when combined.
Namesake of this collection, NALA is a bold statement print of multi directional stripes creating interlocking geometric shapes printed on 100% linen in three colorways: indigo, charcoal and linen. LINEAR resembles delicate rivulets of water, presenting painterly stripes printed on a natural linen ground in indigo, charcoal, ivory and teal.
Another word for mirage, SARABI, like a gentle abstract watercolor has a fluid blend of soft tonal shades in a palette of earthy colors. Inspired by the wall paintings on African village houses, the irregular triangles of this graphic design – KAYA – echo those vibrant images. Ever decreasing squares form diamond shapes in BOUNDARY, resembling the slight unevenness of hand block printing.
The perfect addition to the soft furnishings in your home, bring this striking collection into your living area through beautiful drapes, scatter cushions and more. The gorgeous prints are subtle yet elegant. The mix of available tones offer neutral beauty yet an air of sophistication.
