Visit The Eco Interior Kitchen At The Cape Homemakers Expo

One of the biggest highlights at this year’s Cape Town HOMEMAKERS Expo, which takes place from 29 August to 1 September at the CTICC, is The KITCHEN. Sponsored by Eco Interior, this feature area is set to create a show stopping space and experience for visitors.

The Eco Interior KITCHEN will offer an exciting programme of demonstrations for the health conscious by well-known healthy living expert, Izelle Hoffman, at 11am, 1.30pm and 4pm daily. From delectable to dazzling, every minute will have you glued to your seat, wanting more.

Says Izelle Hoffman of Thrive for Good: “I hope to educate and inspire visitors with my alternative and healthy approach to everyday cooking, proving that eating well is not only easy but a worthwhile investment in your well-being. Although I have no formal training as a chef, I grew up on a farm and in a household with a passion for food. I was born with Congenital Hip Dysplasia and have had 14 hip operations to date. I want to make people aware of the health benefits of eating the right foods and choosing a life where raw and fresh ingredients are a priority.” Hoffman is a Bosch Ambassador, so will be showcasing how their small appliances can make life really easy. She will also be sponsored by Carrol Boyes for her demonstrations.
