Use one colour or layer colours, distress and apply waxes to create an old-world patina or use the Chalk Paint as wash-dilute with water so when you apply it, you can still see the wood grain underneath. You can also use it as an impasto (thickly), just leave the lid off to thicken. Very little black is used so the colours can be mixed with any combination.
