GIFA and ROCHE BOBOIS event- 26th of February 2025
The Roche Bobois showroom in Johannesburg was deeply honored to host, for the first time since its opening seven years ago, the Gauteng Institute for Architecture (GIFA) and its members for an engaging Talk and networking evening.
Louda Van Der Merwe, the Executive Manager of GIFA, graciously welcomed the guests, setting the tone for an evening of insightful discussion and connection.
The event aimed to introduce the renowned Roche Bobois brand to the architects of Gauteng and highlight the ways in which the brand can support them in serving their VIP customers. Key offerings included 3D blocks, trend boards, personalized product options, training on materials and trends, and logistical expertise across Africa.
Roche Bobois has made significant strides in fostering collaboration with the country’s professional institutions, aiming to improve partnerships between various trades within the design industry.
Looking ahead, the hope is that similar events will take place in the near future. All architects are encouraged to reach out for private tours, to use the showroom as a venue for welcoming their clients, or to schedule training sessions at the showroom.
