Franke Gets Creative With Urban Artist Conform at Decorex Cape Town
More than just a renowned brand in the kitchen and bathroom industry, Franke has stepped up their creative game to join forces with local urban artist Conform, in a beautiful collaboration taking place at Decorex Cape Town.
Franke has chosen to features well known Capetonian artist Conform – who took to the stage to paint live on the Franke trade stand at this year’s Decorex Cape Town show.
About Conform
Conform (real name Wayne Beukes) describes himself as having a vector type style and brings his design background into his mural work – giving him a particularly unique style in the South African street art scene. Most recognisable are Conform’s signature style imaginary characters which you may recognise across the Cape Town suburb of Woodstock as well as around Mitchel’ls Plain.
Conform graduated from AAA School of Advertising in 2004 and has since gone on to work with some of the top advertising agencies in South Africa and works with big brands such as Samsung as a resident designer on various brand activations.

Franke Artist Feature
As part of its global ‘Make it Wonderful’ campaign Franke is delighted to feature Conform as part as their artist feature activation during the Decorex Cape Town show.
With total creative freedom, Conform paints a live mural for visitors to the show. The feature is an opportunity to showcase and support local talent as well as give visitors a sense of Franke’s vision to make everyday life a little more special for its consumers and business partners.
