Pop Interior Design: Bespoke luxury interiors
Based in KZN, Pop Interior Design Studio specialises in the design of : for hotels, restaurants and high-end residential spaces.
Providing clients with a complete turnkey service, the team is involved in every step of the process, from concept to completion, with a specific focus on the psychological impact of a space on the user.
Their attention to detail and hands-on approach is evident in the final product: each project is immaculately executed from start to finish for the most striking final product.
One such project is this beautiful light and bright project they recently completed for a client who wanted a distinctly London-esque interior that is both classic and contemporary.
To pull it off, the team opted for a clean, neutral palette, adding warmth through natural materials such as wood, rattan, and leather.
While ikat scatter cushions and pops of royal blue in the Chesterfield deep-button sofa, bar stools and dining chairs add visual interest and dimension to the space.
Another big design focal point in the space is the wall panels in the social areas of the home.
“This type of wall treatment is the easiest way to bring some life and decorative pizazz to a space that may be looking a bit dull. They come in a range of styles and its linear profile allows the product to be mitred, which enables us to create those picture frame details for a classic look,” explains the team.
“We believe that every detail matters. The quality of the light in the room, the textural layering, and the depth of the tones. We consider all these elements and piece them all together meticulously all the while ensuring that our client’s vision is brought to life.”
A vision that was certainly perfectly executed on this project.
