PODential Spaces:
Less house, more home.
Founded in 2021, PODential Spaces was established to offer post-pandemic consumers a novel solution to new ways of working and living.
“It germinated as an idea and a sketch at a temporary workspace on a patio, to a functioning business within a few very short months,” says the company.
Today, the business provides “inventive and creative design solutions for environmentally residential, commercial, industrial and public projects” and offers two unique pod designs, the Allegra and the Jorgia.
“The Allegra Pods offer stunning accommodation both visually and functionally. Whether you’re looking for a garden gym, office or studio space, this clean, modern design provides a striking focal point in the landscape,” explains PODential Spaces.
“The Jorgia Pod is petite but comes with everything you could ask for. The studio space cleverly includes a small yet practical bathroom, finished with contemporary fittings and a fully functional modern kitchenette, which is perfect for both the overnight or longer term stay. This leads onto a large outside deck area where you can lounge around and take in the beauty of your surroundings.”
Fully insulated, the pods are energy efficient (the pods can also be connected to green energy sources for further savings) and offer impressive levels of acoustic insulation.
In addition, the pods come with an impressive list of standard features such as Chromadek cladding, interior and exterior lighting and aluminium door and window frames.
The company also offers custom pods and takes care of the entire installation process, including foundations and drainage.
“We have a construction team that specialises in this type of build and has been with us from the beginning, offering their expertise to every project. With eco-conscious design and specification decisions at the heart of our pods and a skilled team of craftsmen we can ensure that every detail is taken care of,” PODential Spaces says.
