Oggie Flooring Presents The Lake House, Pretoria
On the edge of a lake, this double volume build has it all, with stunning proportions, oak floors, and modern finishes.
It’s all about luxury living inside, and outside, this striking Pretoria residence interior by Seed Designs . The natural beauty of the landscape beyond its walls beautifully translates into the flow and design of the interior.
Bold wood flooring sets the tone here and therefore helps to create seamless flow from one room to the next. Oggie Flooring was supplied throughout from the living room and kitchen to the dining room, passage and study.
The neutral colour palette adds to the contemporary look of this lake house. Furthermore, large windows ensure that every area is well lit. Light therefore plays throughout the house, through the floating staircase and onto the soft tones of the European Oak flooring used here.
The flooring is from the Crudo Living range at Oggie Flooring. A custom colour was chosen in a woca Denmark Diamond White Oil finish. Crudo unfinished is thus favoured by clients and craftsmen who choose to custom finish their flooring. There is no finer unfinished wood flooring on the market.
