Mash. T Design Studio – Presents From Joburg
We are excited to introduce you to the latest offerings from Mash. T Design Studio. In the New Year, they will be launching a first-ever ceramic collection “Presents from Joburg”, available from January 2021.
“Presents from Joburg” will be an ever-expanding collection. It will start off with 7 pieces; serving trays, vases, planters, salt and pepper shakers and side plates. It will eventually grow to include everything from rugs and scatters to wall hangings, side tables, ottomans and occasional chairs.
The collection is all about sharing and serving one another. This is a way for you to experience the beauty of Mash.T and bring it into your home. The reason “Presents from Joburg” is launching with items centred around serving tools is to foster the idea of community, coming together at the end of the day and sharing a meal with your chosen community. It’s about treasuring those moments spent together around the dinner table and sharing.
We love the rustic earthiness of this collection and we are proud to support our local artisans and designers like Mash.T Design Studio making a mark on the industry in SA and abroad.
Mash T. Design Studio is a lighting and furniture design studio founded by Thabisa Mjo, with the main focus and philosophy being to tell uniquely African stories, using the medium of design.
