Poltrona Frau teams up with Ocean Alexander
Building on a successful relationship, Poltrona Frau has again teamed up with Ocean Alexander, this time to furnish their new Puro series yacht.
“The collaboration with Ocean Alexander, a renowned manufacturer of luxury yachts, has allowed us to bring our unmistakable Italian style on board the 35P, the first model in the new Puro series,” says Poltrona Frau.
“Under the guidance of the award-winning designer Giorgio M. Cassetta and Andrea Agrusta of NavalHEAD, the yacht’s interiors reflect a perfect fusion of contemporary elegance and functionality, with a width of 7.5 metres.
The 35P features five guest cabins, located on the main deck forward and the lower deck, in addition to a luxurious owner’s suite. Each space has been carefully designed to offer the utmost comfort and sophistication, with premium materials and high-quality finishes.
Our contribution to the 35P includes an exclusive selection of furnishings ranging from Archibald stools and armchairs, Grantorino and Souvenir d’Italia sofas, Isadora chairs, Ginger armchairs, Bob tables, Montera chairs, and Nivola sofas. Additionally, we have created custom pieces to meet the specific style and layout requirements of the yacht, such as a coffee table with a wooden structure and Pelle Frau® Saddle leather upholstery, a TV cabinet, and an eight-seat sofa.”
Highlighting the natural synergy between nautical excellence and Made in Italy design, the project is yet another demonstration of Poltrona Frau’s ability to interpret extra-residential projects of high construction complexity, a skill particularly distinguished by the Custom Interiors business unit.
Founded by Renzo Frau in 1912, Poltrona Frau has evolved over the years and today also includes the companies Ceccotti Collezioni, Janus et Cie, Luminaire, Karakter, Luxury Living Group, Interni and Zanotta, as well as Cassina and Cappellini.
Known for its outstanding design craftsmanship, the brand is lauded the world over for its exceptional innovation and quality, crafting contemporary classics for the modern home.
