Plascon House Tour: Terraced Abode in Spain
The warm and stylish decor of this Spanish family home is simply gorgeous. The large living area is beautifully surrounded by a complete terrace, which helps to extend the living spaces to the outside of this abode. This is obviously one of the prime features of this beautiful family abode, and we love the connection it brings to nature and the outdoor landscapes.
A beautiful family room and open plan dining room are perfectly decked out in fine linens, tableware and an array of florals that brighten up this space. The area can also be completely opened up by the large glass doors – merging the inside and outdoors, and completely maximising the use of space. Warmer colours are used throughout this home, with rich timber tones to complement the mix of whites, beiges and browns within the interior spaces. There is also an exquisite mix of textures, from a woven natural rug underfoot to a colourful array of scatters, throws and fine linen in the dining room area. Soft white drapes help to frame the large glass doors and provide a comfortable and romantic ambiance in this bespoke residence. Pops of blue can be found in the bedroom where the neutral colour palette is extended through the choice of wall colours and custom built-in cupboards that frame the room. A simple framed full-length mirror reflects light in this space and adds to the fresh, minimalist feel of the room. We also love the soft floral introduction as found in the bed linen – a perfect addition to this master suite. Similarly, the bathroom too embraces a neutral palette, with a celebration of wooden tones to bring a richness and warmth to this space. We love the use of floating cabinetry and a modern frameless mirror to enhance the contemporary nature of this home. Contact: Plascon Trends Via
