Ceragran: Ultra Luxe Designs
One of the leading commercial finishing contractors in South Africa, Ceragran stocks a wide selection of exclusive tile and large-format slab brands, including Ergon – a luxury Italian tile brand that specialises in full-body porcelain tiles.
Known for their contemporary, ultra-luxe designs and innovative products, it’s no surprise that Ergon was the chosen brand for the recent refurb of the five-star Kapama River Lodge – a private game reserve in Limpopo.
The makeover included an upgrade and refurbishment of the camp’s two Royal and 33 Deluxe suites.
“Well-known interior architect Gert Gertzen again added his signature style to the decor and design of this much anticipated River Lodge expansion, choosing Ceragran tiles for the Royal and Deluxe suites, creating a blend of rustic elegance and modern industrial solid oak craftsmanship finishes,” reports Ceragran.
Gert chose the exquisite large-format, stone-look Cornerstone range by Ergon.
“Cornerstone offers its own unique interpretation of the stones of the world based on a fresh vision and new reproduction technologies,” explains Ergon.
“Rare, unusual conformations, collected from every corner of the planet, characterise the stone and make it immediately recognisable, with specific identities and geological rarities. Clean surfaces obtained from quarry-hewn stone reveal details of astonishing variety.”
The result is absolutely breathtaking, with the tiles perfectly complementing the colours and textures of not only the rustic yet cool and contemporary interiors but also the surrounding bush.
