Plascon House Tour: Earthy Modern Home
It’s all about the windows in today’s classy Scandi-inspired home. In the living room, windows fold back completely to unveil a whimsical garden area. In fact, the entire living space is brought to life by the light and energy that pours in through these striking windows.
We’re not left wondering about the beautiful landscaping outside of this home. You see, lush gardens and a variety of greens peep inside through the open doors and windows around this home. The outside is as much an extension of the interior living spaces.
The kitchen island is the real winner in the modern space – we love the elegant look of this marble finish and how it adds depth to this light, white interior space. Striking paper chandeliers bring a touch of playfulness to this space and make for a great feature above the showstopper island. Black accents are ideal here and we love the metalwork barstools which bring a sophisticated designer look to this kitchen.
Minimalism is key in the bedroom with a feature ladder that also acts as a simple showcase of clothing. The rich blue textures of the rug underfoot are stunning here and we love how the colours tie into the selected bed linen.
