Plascon House Tour: An Air of Glamour
A stylish urban retreat, this north London mews home is filled with hidden treasures that bring a glamorous flair to this residence. From bold art and contemporary furniture to bright fabrics and interesting greenery installations, each room packs a punch in true indulgent style.
A gorgeous oversized sofa in the living room boasts an interesting array of patterns and colours that infuse life into this space. Monochromatic art on the walls, a modern curved floor lamp and brightly coloured area rug adds to the appeal of this contemporary space..
The kitchen is beautifully rustic and mesmerising. The original units and island were upcycled by respraying the cupboard doors and replacing the worktops with marble. A gorgeous installation of planters adds to the freshness of this space and enhances the home’s indoor-outdoor ambience.
Hints of colour are reflected throughout this modern abode. In the bedrooms, colour surfaces through an interesting array of light fittings, bedding and more. The below light-filled space in the basement is shared by two youngsters. We love the abundance of natural light that cascades around this room and the inclusion of ample storage – a necessity when kids are involved!
Even though the master bedroom is naturally dark, it has metamorphosed into a sensual boudoir that’s so inviting, you might never want to leave. The wall is covered with a bespoke metallic finish that adds to the magnificent textural aesthetic of this space.
This intricate wall design extends into the bathroom – adding a glamorous touch to this space. A hanging rattan chair makes this a beautiful soulful retreat! Overall, this home has a wonderful air of glamour and sophistication that we love.
