We love this playful style of decorating a contemporary space. Here, an old building is given a modern design twist with bold colours that add energy in every room. Beautifully detailed ceilings hint at the building’s age, but with modern furniture and a brand new layout, this home is totally transformed into a playful abode, ideal for modern living.
Glass interior walls are ever so stylish in this eclectic apartment. The dark aluminium frames are juxtaposed against the floral details captured on the all-white ceiling and yet this blends together beautifully to bring us a fresh new take on contemporary living.
The kitchen is separated from the dining room by these oversized internal windows which also act as a transparent divider which welcomes light into all areas of this home. Modern black seating and traditional table are great accents against the darker shades used in this room, from the floors to the contemporary light pendants.
The living room has a luxe feel, thanks to the velvety textures brought into this space through a mustard area rug and bold blue sofa. Nesting tables offer additional storage and potted plants bring a freshness into this gorgeous space.
It’s all about the finer details in this home. We love the modern globe pendants that are suspended above the kitchen counter. With hints of gold and black, we learn to embrace a sense of luxury living through a trendy colour palette that oozes sophistication and style.
