Crash course on the simplest way to hang your Binga baskets
Binga baskets can be a great, unique and refreshing addition to any wall in a home. But let’s be honest, no one likes the idea of drilling nails or screws to hang anything on a wall. The mess, the effort and the damage to the walls, ugh! Luckily, we have an easy alternative to nails and screws for your Binga or Tintsaba wall baskets.
This post will demonstrate a step-by-step guide on how to hang your Binga wall baskets using Velcro tape. Velcro tape has 2 sides that stick together when they touch which makes it simple to peel and stick onto the Binga baskets. The heavy duty Velcro tape can be used to hang heavier items and the tape is much stronger than one would think.
Step 1:
Select the number and sizes of the Binga baskets you would like to hang on your wall which depends on the space you have to work with. Check out our various Binga baskets on www.Bespoque.africa
Step 2:
Arrange the Binga baskets on the floor to see how it would look on the wall. Sometimes how we picture the basket sets to look on the wall, doesn’t necessarily look as pleasing. Playing around with the Binga baskets on the floor can help you visualize what works and what doesn’t work. It’s ideal to start with the largest basket and arrange the smaller baskets around it.
Step 3:
Place the Velcro tape on the back of the Binga basket. Depending on the type of Velcro tape you purchase, you may have to cut up the tape into strips. Stick the 2 sides together and place on the Binga baskets.
Step 4:
Press and hold onto the wall by starting with the largest basket. Then follow up with the baskets next to the largest one and finish off with the rest of the baskets.
And voila, you have hung your Binga baskets without the mess and fuss of nails and screws!
