Beehive Studios
Just as every new season brings about new life, so too does it bring about a new creative spirit.
Nowhere is this more evident than at Beehive Studios. A beacon of sustainable craftsmanship and community development, Beehive Studios integrates history, art and a deep-rooted sense of social responsibility, creating exclusively designed, handprinted textiles that are not just decorative home accessories but symbols of hope and change.
The studio’s Summer 2024 catalogue includes a beautiful selection of table linen – perfect for memorable family gatherings.
Here are our favourites from the new collection.
Made from hemp. fabric, the planet’s most green textile (it’s biodegradable, strong and durable), this runner features a beautiful Delft print. Lined in cotton and handprinted with a unique design, the runner is also available in red for the perfect Valentine’s Day gift.
Handprinted with Lino blocks on hemp and cotton-linen blend fabric, these gorgeous placemats come in sets of six.
The on-trend Indi Olive Green Tablecloth comes in three different sizes, so whether you need to set a table for six, eight or 10, this is the tablecloth for you. The tablecloth features a 10x10cm blockprint design.
Herby Tablecloth
Printed on hemp fabric, this tablecloth was designed by a group of rural ladies in the Western Cape. The same group also hand prints each tablecloth, imbuing each with a unique charm characterised by subtle variations and nuances that add to its authenticity.
