The Cape Art Company is a family-owned business specializing in manufacturing hand-made, printed home décor products. They offer a wide variety of quality decor products and bring both beauty and comfort home. All pieces are proudly handcrafted and produced in Cape Town by local artisans.

Fabrics, Rugs, Decor and More

The Cape Art Company design and print their own fabrics including scatter cushions, tablecloths and table runners. The range further includes indoor and outdoor placemats, ceramic coasters and pot stands, handmade tea trays, serving boards as well as memory foam and woven bathmats. Here you will also find room dividers, side tables, wall clocks and ottomans to bring joy to your interior.

But the range does not end there. The Company also manufacture a range of chenille and velva-plush floor rugs in different sizes and designs. These durable rugs will give any room in the house a face over. All products are also offered to wholesale clients doing custom printing for sale in their own businesses.

Wood Art

The first product line was exclusively designed Wood Art pieces. These were printed on specially treated natural wood from sustainable sources. The beauty of this art lies in the intrinsic integrity of the wood. It displays its own character and flaws in every piece, making them unique.

This popular range of art has grown to include images from local artists and photographers. It is now available as increasingly popular MDF prints, Birch Block prints as well as Composite Framed Cotton Canvas prints – as singular pieces as well as collages.

Scatters

A large selection of scatter cushions are also available from The Cape Art Company. These are made from chenille and velvet fabrics in various sizes and prints are becoming increasingly popular. Therefore you can mix and match and allow these scatters to compliment the range of designs in different products.
