Plascon House Tour: A Light-Filled Space
Gorgeous high ceilings, soft wooden features and beautiful airy spaces fill the interior of this invigorating Spanish home. Bright, spacious and with views of the mountains and seaside, this home meets all the requirements for modern family life.
The owners chose neutral colours and natural materials to bring a sense of warmth and cosiness to this Spanish abode. A fireplace takes centre stage in the main living areas – ideal for colder winter nights with the family. It also separates the space into two different living areas – one being a lounge and the other a reading room.
The dining room boasts traditional seating and a wooden table in an open plan space. The real winner here is the impeccable views of the surrounds that bring a dose of freshness into this home. Soft drapes, ample lighting and a spacious floorplan add to the completed look.
A striking patterned floor tile adds vibrancy to the kitchen with floors decked out in this durable finish. High ceilings with exposed beams bring a touch of country-style living to this space. Paired with warm timber cabinets and modern white kitchen island and this room is the ideal entertainer’s kitchen in neutral shades.
A blissful bedroom boasts vintage furniture in distressed wooden finishes, adding some country charm to this space. A mix of fabrics, textures and patterns brings intrigue to the master suite and we love the simple bedside table arrangement of vintage frames, a vase of blooms and trinket bowl – simple yet functional and stylish in this space.
A freestanding bath is perfectly positioned near the window, to soak up the amazing garden views from the bathroom. This room oozes sheer luxury with gorgeous stone flooring, natural colours and textures that work beautifully here.
