Nicolson Russell: Say No To Plastic Straws
Following the important trend of no more plastic straws, Nicolson Russell is proud to announce that they now manufacture straws – made from 18/10 stainless steel.
Sadly, the reality is that plastic does not go away and can easily pile up the environment. Plastic is a durable material made to last forever, yet 33 percent of it is used once and then discarded. Plastic cannot biodegrade; it breaks down into smaller and smaller pieces. Plastic can further threaten our wildlife, spoil ur groundwater and contaminate our food chain. In the case of plastic straws, these are used once and then ends up in landfills or becomes ‘litter’.
By using stainless steel, you are helping to make a change to the environment. Nicolson Russell is at the forefront of this change with quality stainless steel straws which further ensures the taste is not affected – lower grades of stainless steel can affect the taste of drinks.
Nicolson Russell straws are plated in titanium and are available in a variety of colours: black, rose gold, gold and plain stainless steel – they can also make to order in blue, green red and purple. Branding of company name and logo can be done on the straws by lasering.
These innovative straws come with cleaners and are the practical and eco option to help save the environment. Many restaurants like Rockets and Lima, as well as Milk and Honey are giving customers the option to buy their own straw to keep and take home.
Two options are available – either slightly bent or straight – in any diameter from 6-8* length can vary; the majority is 215cm.
Price Guide:
