Plascon House Tour: Glorious Greys
We simply cannot get enough of beautiful grey, neutral and contemporary interiors. Grey is the new white and works to complement a host of design schemes. In today’s home, a fresh ambience is created with the use of soft grey tones in every room.
The living room boasts a metallic bookshelf installation that is a clever feature in this space. Mounted on the wall, it is also home to an array of beautiful accent pieces in muted shades, in keeping with the colour scheme of the room. A low-lying pendant is featured above a set of nesting tables here and brings with it a wonderful aesthetic and source of light here!
A light-filled dining space is fresh and inviting in shades of white and grey. Clean natural linens adorn the table, along with hints of white florals and a statement white half-globe light pendant. We love how light reflects through this space, creating playful patterns and intriguing shadows on the walls.
The kitchen too is bright, with access to many windows and natural lighting. Beautiful white wooden doorways can be found throughout this home, and although a simple conventional feature, the traditional moulding and crisp white paint add a contemporary flair to this stunning apartment.
Double doors make for a grand entrance to the master suite. Here again, shades of grey and white make for a glorious retreat. Personalised art on the walls, natural bed linens and a striking woven light fitting above the bed all tie into the colour palette of this room. Our overall impression: this space is calming, modern and neutral; a perfect oasis from the chaos of the modern world!
