Technogym: The 48th Edition of The Nove Colli – Selle Italia
Since 1971, the prestigious race rides the route across the nine slopes of the Apennine mountain range in the Romagna region, for a total distance of 205 km.
From the sea to the hills, the Nove Colli-Selle Italia race represents a combination of beautiful scenery, sweat and toil.
More than 10.000 participants converge at the starting point of this evocative race. Months of hard training, fatigue and sacrifice will finally be rewarded with unforgettable moments and emotions.
To guide them in the preparation for this great challenge, Technogym’s Scientific Department has created a specific training program on Mycycling, the innovative solution for indoor cycling that allows users to transform and improve their outdoor performance.
Mycycling combines a hi-tech smart trainer, a native app with personalized programs and a network of professional trainers able to guide and develop a tailor-made training program.
The revolutionary indoor training product also includes a specific and totally innovative training system dedicated to cyclists, TNT – Technogym Neuromuscular Training that aims at enhancing metabolic and neuromuscular characteristics to improve outdoor performance.
For more than 30 years Technogym has been working to make people across the world healthier and happier. “We promote wellness in everything we do, from product design and medical-scientific innovation to social projects and helping the environment.”
