Plascon House Tour: Brazilian Flair in A Colourful Home
We’re loving the bright pops of colour and bold artwork that fills this inspired Brazil family home. Let’s take a closer look…
Antique furniture items are complemented with beautiful art and colourful splashes throughout this Sao Paolo home. We love the mix of new and old; traditional and modern in a truly inspired setting. Even the antique sofa is given a new lease on life with a playful patterned print in bold tones.
The classic architectural details of the living room include intricate patterns on high ceilings. A stone fireplace adds to the drama of the space and we love the bold blue tone used to enhance a vintage light fitting at the centre of this space.
Thin white wall sconces to the sides of the fireplace are by Brazilian Designer Fernando Prado. The glass coffee table with acrylic legs is by Les Prismatiques.
The dining room ceiling gives us a real taste of those intricate patterns and detailing. Vintage furniture is given a little colour here with velvet blue cushions. Bold art complements the colour scheme and we love the mix of old and new in this space.
The bathroom is a beautiful blue – a calming and grounded tone which enhance the space. Wooden furniture adds to the richness of this space while art adds a little flair on the walls.
Overall this home is a colourful delight – a large, fun and inviting family home in Brazil.
