Franke: Sinks that Shine
Franke SA is thrilled to announce the introduction of a dazzling new range of “super-metallic” sinks.
Colour will be a major design story for Franke SA at this year’s Decorex Africa exhibition, where the trendy new Franke Fragranite Super-Metallic colour range is to be unveiled.
Says Craig McIntyre, managing director of Franke SA:
“Within the innovative metallic sink collection, you’ll discover four new sophisticated shades that offer all the hard-wearing properties of standard Fragranite sink while also enriched with sparkling colour particles to complement a wide variety of work surfaces.”
Fragranite sinks look and feel like natural stone, formed by bonding together quartz sand and hard acrylic resin. In the Super metallic range, pearlescent colour particles are mixed into the Fragranite during the manufacturing process. The end result is a finely textured, hard-wearing product.
Fragranite is non-porous, stain and scratch-resistant. It can also withstand high temperatures of up to 280°C*. All Fragranite sinks are also treated with Franke’s unique Sanitised treatment during production. This specialist process reduces bacterial growth by 99% to ensure your sink remains hygienic and bacteria-free.

KUBUS KNG 110-52
As an extension to the current Kubus colour palette of Stainless Steel, Onyx Black and Polar White, the Kubus KNG range will be offered in Copper Gold, Lunar Grey, Sterling Silver and Copper Grey. The new variations will brighten up every worktop and add a spark of elegance to your kitchen. Moreover, Fragranite is stain proof and the colours will never fade. It’s an everlasting investment for designer-kitchen lovers.
Interior Designer Angie James of Novospace Interior Architecture commented after a sneak peek at this coming-soon range:
“I’m very excited about this super metallic sink range. Merging functionality with style and making the sink a unique feature to take centre stage in a kitchen or outdoor entertainment area, no longer a mere backdrop.”
See these and other innovative new products at Decorex Durban, which will be held at the Durban Exhibition Centre from the 19th to 22nd March 2020!
