Caesarstone Wins Best Design Stand at Decorex 2019
Caesarstone SA is thrilled to announce that they have been recognized and awarded the Best Stand of 2019 at Decorex Cape Town!
This year’s stand design was slick, light and airy. Paying homage to their lightweight 13mm Ultimo Collection and forward-thinking variety of unique colour collections, the Caesarstone stand allowed guests to step into the future and visualize the kitchen of their dreams.
With four interactive kitchen islands and touch screen visualiser apps on hand, guests no longer need to stress about how to choose their favourite surface. Commonly recognized as the most important and frequented space in the home, the kitchen needs to represent who you are and speak into your design DNA. Caesarstone is here to offer you design freedom and the world’s best surface to ensure that you have real peace of mind.
Caesarstone are exceptionally proud to be defining the South African kitchen of today, especially as the African continent is positioning itself as a global style icon, fusing the influences of international trend-makers with the unique colour and vibrancy that characterizes its people and cultures.
This year Decorex SA encapsulated this idea perfectly with their theme ‘Designing for Africa – feels like home’, which has been embraced by all exhibitors as a re-birth of the African style powerhouse.
The four Caesarstone colours featured were: 13mm marble-inspired White Attica, 20mm Excava that embraces a metallic moment, 13mm concrete-inspired Rugged Concrete and 20mm Bianco Drift, a classic favourite. Each was perfectly installed by the craftsmen at MIT Granite, a Caesarstone Accredited Fabricator.
“We are at a crucial moment in the evolution of technology, both globally and here at home,” explains Anita Bloom, Creative Director at Decorex SA. “The incredible advances in artificial intelligence, virtual augmented realities and 3D printing are about to transform every aspect of our lives. And in response to the imminent digital revolution we are re-focusing on what it means to be human, and this is taking us back to our African roots. Consumers are at a crossroads asking profound questions about their place in the world. How do we hold onto our identity? How do we stay emotionally aware? How do we re-connect with the world around us? By creating a calm, home-style space that gives our minds the freedom to wonder. A space to embrace a positive, new approach to life.”
